Charles W. Malloy, Esquire

Born 1975 in Lake City, Florida, Charles W. “Chuck” Malloy is a 6th generation Floridian who grew up in the Wimauma Area. Chuck attended East Bay High School until 1993 and on September 13, 1994, enlisted in the United States Navy. While on active duty, Chuck attended Florida Coastal School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor in May 2013. Chuck sat for the Florida Bar Exam in July 2013, and was subsequently licensed to practice law in the state of Florida. In July 2013, Chuck was invited to join the law firm of Terrence F. Pyle P.A., which he did in October 2014 after retiring from active service On January 1, 2016, Chuck succeeded Mr. Pyle in the practice of law. Chuck is grateful to his mentor and proud to have been chosen to carry on the traditions of excellence handed down to him by his successor. Chuck is proud to be a veteran and is grateful to all who serve, or have served and shows his appreciation by offering a military/first responder discount for many legal services. Chuck’s years of service and real-world experience are what set him apart, and he is dedicated to carrying on the more than 40 year legacy of quality legal services in this office.
